克缅于2012年10月30日在中国瑞丽举行“和平”谈判
克钦独立组织寻求和平委员会与缅甸联邦级促进和平委员会“和平”谈判，将在中国瑞丽于2012年10月30日举行会谈，会谈地点：瑞丽景颇族企业家宾馆景成大酒店会议厅。
此次会议的谈判提纲：军事与政治两方面的问题同时谈判。
缅方认为只谈军事方面的问题，但是克钦坚持要政治问题和军事问题同时谈判解决，军事方面包括撒军停火，停止对克钦地区的大规模军事冲突进攻。
缅甸联邦级促进和平谈判委员会参会人员：

PEACE TALK BETWEEN KACHIN &MYANMAR
WILL BE HELD IN RUILI CHINA IN OCTOBER 30TH 2012-10-29
The Seek Peace committee of KIO(Kachin Independent Organization ) and the Peace Promotion Committee of the Union of Myanmar will hold a Peace Talk in Ruili, China in October 30th 2012. The address of the Talk is in conference hall of Jinchen hotel in Ruili.
The outline of the Talk is about both military and political aspect problem.
The Myanmar part of the talk only want to talk about military problem aspect but the Kachin part insisted on a negotiated of military issue and political issue settlement at the same time. For military, The Myanmar troop should withdraw from Kachin rejoin and ceasefire, stop large-scale military conflict an offensive in Kachin rejoin.
