关于景颇大地民族民众代表大会会议决策

会议讨论主题:

   目前景颇民族面临的形式和需要解决问题

在我们的国家目前面临的形势：

1.由于我们在自己的国家和领土上的人民民众的生命和人生安全已经没有得到保障。

2.我们的资源被掠夺，我们失去了土地和家园。

3.我们没有享有平等的政治政策和法律，平等的联邦制的法律法规已经不存在，而是缅军事暴力统治下的人民，生活在水深火热之中，生存权力，文化及经济发展权力已经被缅甸军事政权剥夺了。缅甸当局无法解决保障人民的权力和生命及财产。

4.缅军用强大的国家军事力量实行种族歧视和种族灭绝战争针对我们的民族在我们的土地上，导致大量的难民，让整个民族变为难民流落异乡。

  景颇大地克钦邦的人民沦为难民离开自己的家园流落异地。

5.我们的文化传承破坏，毒品泛滥摧残我们的民族。

  为了解决民族民众的生存权力 ，生命得到保障，从根本上清除和解决好克钦邦及缅甸的战争问题，世界各地的景颇民族代表，克钦邦各个党派组织，武装组织，宗教组织，社会团体等共同进行讨论会议决策。

  为了清除战争的根源，争取人民的生存权力，民族解放的道路。要明确民族解放道路的政治目标和纲领。

   会议决策：

  明确脱离民族压迫和民族解放道路的政治目标和纲领：完全解放独立自主。

  在自己的固有的景颇大地国土上恢复国家政权，恢复领土主权。

  国家政治体制：人民民主制度。

  孟加拉海域曾经是景颇大地(克钦海)kachin sea。

   景颇大地土著民族：景颇族（克钦族）、掸族（傣族）、德昂族、汉族、佤族、那加族、钦族,孟族、克伦等民族。

  通过和平渠道争取和实现民族政治目标和诉求，非暴力争取民族自主权

争取国际社会平等对待，合法的渠道，以历史依据争取民族解放和国家领土主权。

  民族解放独立自主的发展过程，建立和拥有独立自主的国际外交政策，支持配合中国一带一路战略发展进程。

  In jinghpawland, the people of Kachin State were reduced to refugees displaced from their homes. 

   5. Our cultural heritage has been destroyed, the spread of drugs has ravaged our nation.

   In order to solve the right of the national people to survive, to ensure their lives, to fundamentally remove solve the war problems in Kachin State Myanmar, the representatives of the Jingpo ethnic group from all over the world, Kachin State political parties, armed organizations, religious organizations, Social groups other joint discussions on decision-making. In order to eliminate the root causes of the war, strive for the people's right to survive, the road of national liberation. It is necessary to clarify the political objectives program of the road of national liberation.
